Trinity Striping

Service

Safety & Accessories

Paint alone doesn't stop a car. Wheel stops, bollards, delineators, and speed bumps are the physical hardware that protect people, storefronts, utility equipment, and the cars themselves. Trinity Striping supplies, installs, paints, and replaces the full range of parking lot safety accessories across South Florida — concrete and plastic wheel stops, steel and bollard-sleeve posts, flexible delineators, speed bumps, and reflective raised pavement markers. If your lot has a dangerous spot, there's a piece of hardware that fixes it.

What We Do

What's Included

Every safety & accessoriesproject from Trinity Striping covers the full scope so you don't have to coordinate a second vendor. Typical work on a job looks like this:

  • Flexible delineators and lane channelizers
  • Asphalt and rubber speed bumps
  • Raised pavement markers (RPMs) and reflectors
  • Bollard painting (safety yellow, custom colors)
  • Hydrant and utility protection bollards
  • Storefront impact protection
  • Replacement of broken or missing accessories

Our Process

How a Project Gets Done

Every job follows the same proven steps, so the result is consistent whether it's a small driveway or a multi-acre commercial lot.

  1. Step 01

    Walk & Assess

We walk the lot with you and identify hazards — unprotected storefronts, exposed utility equipment, unmarked hazards, and traffic spots that need calming.

  2. Step 02

    Hardware Selection

We match each spot to the right product — concrete wheel stops for stalls, bollards for storefronts and utilities, delineators for traffic channelization.

  3. Step 03

    Installation

Wheel stops are pinned into the asphalt; bollards are core-drilled into concrete or set in a new footing. Speed bumps are anchored and, if needed, painted.

  4. Step 04

    Painting & Reflectivity

Safety-yellow paint and reflective striping are applied where needed so accessories are visible day and night.

  5. Step 05

    Follow-Up

After any storm season or traffic damage, we'll swing back out to repair, repaint, or replace any accessory that's been hit or moved.

Why It Matters

The Case for Safety & Accessories

Prevents Property Damage

A $200 bollard in front of an HVAC unit is cheaper than a $10,000 condenser replacement after a single parking-lot bump.

Keeps People Safe

Speed bumps slow drivers in areas where pedestrians and cars mix. Bollards prevent vehicles from hitting storefronts and walkways.

Traffic Direction

Delineators and channelizers guide traffic through drive-thrus, queues, and parking aisles without requiring signage at every turn.

Code Compliance

Hydrant bollards, fire lane delineation, and ADA route protection all help keep your property in line with fire and life-safety code.

Frequently Asked

Safety & Accessories FAQ

Concrete vs. rubber wheel stops — which is better?

Concrete wheel stops are cheaper up front and look traditional, but they chip, crack, and can leave sharp edges when hit. Rubber and recycled-plastic wheel stops cost a little more but last longer, don't crack, and are lighter to handle. We install both depending on your preference and budget.

How are bollards anchored?

It depends on the install. On existing concrete, we core-drill a hole and set the post in concrete or with an anchor system. On asphalt, we typically cut a footing hole, pour a concrete base, and set the bollard. Plastic sleeves can slide over a steel post for a softer finished look.

Do you install speed bumps?

Yes. We install asphalt speed bumps (permanent) and rubber speed bumps (modular, easier to replace), with optional reflective striping and painted warnings on either approach.

Can you paint existing bollards?

Yes. Repainting safety-yellow bollards every couple of years is one of the fastest, cheapest curb-appeal upgrades you can make. We can also add reflective bands for nighttime visibility.

Do you stock all the accessories?

We source all the standard products — wheel stops, bollards, delineators, speed bumps, RPMs — through commercial suppliers. If you need a specific color, reflective spec, or custom product, send us the detail and we'll match it.
