Signs & Installation
A parking lot or roadway is only as safe as the signs that explain it. Trinity Striping installs, replaces, and relocates traffic and parking signs across South Florida — from ADA handicap placards to stop signs, speed limits, fire lane signs, and directional markers. Every installation uses the right MUTCD-compliant sign face, proper mounting hardware, and a solid base, so the sign holds up through Florida weather and stands at the correct height for years to come.
What We Do

- Reserved parking and tow-away signs
- Fire lane and no-parking signage

- Concrete footing and sleeve anchor setups
- Sign repair, replacement, and relocation
Our Process
How a Project Gets Done
Every job follows the same proven steps, so the result is consistent whether it's a small driveway or a multi-acre commercial lot.
- Step 01
Sign Spec & Location Review
We confirm which signs you need, where they need to go (per MUTCD spacing rules and line-of-sight), and what mounting and post type the site requires.
- Step 02
Materials Pull
We pull MUTCD-compliant aluminum sign faces with the correct reflective sheeting grade and matching posts and hardware.
- Step 03
Hole Drilling & Footing
Posts are set into a concrete footing or sleeve anchor, plumbed, and left to cure before hardware is attached.
- Step 04
Sign Mounting
Signs are mounted at the correct height — typically 7 feet from the pavement to the bottom of the sign — with tamper-resistant hardware.
- Step 05
Inspection & Cleanup
We verify the sign is plumb, at the correct height, and clearly visible. The site is cleaned up and any debris removed.
Why It Matters
The Case for Signs & Installation
MUTCD Compliance
All signs match federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices standards, so they hold up to municipal or insurance review.
Long-Lasting Install
Proper footing, the right post for the soil, and quality hardware mean signs stay upright through wind, rain, and the occasional bumper.
Full-Service
We handle the whole job — sign, post, hardware, footing, and install — so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors.
Code & ADA Ready
Handicap, fire lane, and tow-away signs are installed to meet ADA and local code so your property passes inspection.

Frequently Asked
Signs & Installation FAQ
What does MUTCD-compliant mean?
The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) is the federal standard that defines how traffic signs must look and where they go — colors, shapes, sizes, heights, and reflectivity. MUTCD compliance is required on public roadways and is best practice on private property.
Do you install ADA handicap signs?
Yes. We install ADA-compliant handicap parking signs, including van-accessible signs and the required maximum-penalty tow-away language that Florida requires.
What's the correct height for a parking sign?
In parking lots, signs are typically mounted with the bottom of the sign 7 feet above the pavement. On roadways the requirement can be 5 to 7 feet depending on the sign type. We install to the correct spec for each location.
Can you replace a sign that was knocked down?
Yes. We can re-set a bent or broken post, install a new sign face, and restore the installation to code. Send us a photo of the damage and we'll quote the repair.
Do you pull permits?
For most private-property sign work, permits aren't required. For work in a public right-of-way or on a municipal roadway, we coordinate with the local public works department.
